Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of personal injury cases and be capable of managing files from initial property damage claims through demand preparation and assisting attorneys with case settlement.
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from inception through demand and settlement
Handle property damage claims, including vehicle repairs and total loss negotiations
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and settlement demands
Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations and case resolution
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems
Qualifications
Required 3 years of personal injury paralegal experience
Complete working knowledge of personal injury cases and procedures
Strong experience drafting legal documents and demand packages
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Texas personal injury law is strongly preferred
