
Customer Service Representative

The CSR serves as key point of contact between client, builders, and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating repair and service work, managing customer communication, supporting billing and job costing processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across systems. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy across drywall and paint divisions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries
Coordinate and schedule repair work, service tickets, and homeowner appointments
Support billing, job costing, and purchase order processes
Maintain clear and timely communication with field staff, customers, and internal teams
Ensure accuracy of documentation across systems, including Job Tracker and Great Plains
