Job Description

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software

Identify and elevate priority issues when necessary

Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures

Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

Previous customer service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Patient and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
