We are beginning a thoughtful search for the right Senior Interior Designer to join our team—someone who brings both creative depth and a genuine passion for growth. This role is ideal for a designer who is personable, highly professional, and driven by an insatiable curiosity to continually elevate their design skills and industry knowledge. The Senior Interior Designer will play a key role in leading projects; collaborating closely with clients, internal team members, and external partners to bring well-executed, high-end environments to life.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and documentation process across multiple high-end projects
Develop thoughtful, creative concepts that respond to client goals and project context
Produce and oversee detailed drawing sets, specifications, and presentations
Coordinate with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed
Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative studio culture
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and design quality from start to finish
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design industry, with a focus on high-end residential projects
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Google Suite
Strong creative and conceptual design skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility
Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Personable, professional, and collaborative in both client and team interactions
Growth-minded with a desire to continuously expand design expertise and industry knowledge
