The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting customer service solutions, along with working knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and Salesforce Service Cloud. This role requires full-time onsite presence in Santa Clara and close collaboration with business and technical teams.
