Duration: 6 months (likely to extend)
Pay: $50-$60/hr

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to support the execution of customized member communications that align with business goals and audience needs. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who excels at managing complex campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving high-quality deliverables from concept through launch and reporting.

In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build project plans, manage timelines, oversee campaign execution, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing and member communication campaigns
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and objectives
Partner with internal and external stakeholders including creative, digital, analytics, data, legal/privacy, fulfillment, and consulting teams
Support the development and execution of targeted and personalized consumer communications
Monitor campaign progress, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities effectively
Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and campaign execution
Assist in the creation of post-campaign reporting to evaluate performance, audience engagement, and ROI
Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time

Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
3+ years of consumer marketing experience
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities
Experience developing or supporting integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital/social, and video channels
Comfort working within a highly matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management systems
Experience supporting audience-targeted, data-driven communication strategies
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and succeed in ambiguous environments
