Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) credentials
Active state licensure as required for practice
Proven experience operating MRI and IR equipment in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and imaging best practices
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans and Interventional Radiology procedures according to physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
Accurately position patients and select appropriate protocols to capture optimal images
Operate and maintain MRI and IR equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
Manage patient records and ensure all imaging documentation is complete and compliant with facility policies
Assist physicians during IR procedures, maintaining sterile fields and adhering to infection control standards
Provide clear pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions to patients
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to deliver seamless patient care
