Project Planning Manager (Fort Worth)

The Planning Manager is responsible for leading project planning and scheduling efforts across multiple large-scale capital projects. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated project schedules, while managing a team of planners and ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of planners/schedulers across multiple capital projects
Own and drive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) from planning through execution
Partner with project leaders to align schedules, resources, and delivery timelines
Identify risks, manage critical path, and keep projects on track
Deliver forecasting, progress tracking, and executive-level reporting
Ensure integration across Primavera (P6/OPC), cost, and SAP systems
Requirements:
7–10+ years in project planning/scheduling on large CAPEX projects
Proven leadership experience managing planning teams
Strong Primavera P6 / Primavera Cloud expertise
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Track record owning schedules (not just supporting)
