Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and local businesses

Generate leads through networking, outreach, and events

Plan lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and marketing initiatives

Lead and develop sales/marketing team members

Track performance using Sales Fore and Sales Metrics

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Strong background in B2B or outside sales

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
