Contract Administrator/Front Desk

We are looking for a highly self-motivated person that grasps new concepts easily and is able to perform tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This person must have excellent multi-tasking skills as they will be required to perform project administration for multiple projects, working with both internal and external team members.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering and transferring incoming calls
Project setup in Procore (project management software)
Processing submittals and requests for information (RFIs)
Assisting the Project Manager on an as-needed basis
Preparing project closeout by obtaining and processing documentation for acceptance (warranties, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings)
Setting up subcontracts and purchase orders in Procore
Updating drawings throughout the project to ensure end users have the most up-to-date information during construction
Supporting all areas of construction contract administration as needed
Requirements

Previous experience in the construction industry

required

(preferably 2–3 years)
Procore experience

required

(preferably 2–3 years)
Bluebeam/Studio experience preferred
Dependable
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
