Caregiver/Resident Assistant

Legend Senior Living - 255 Oxford Valley Rd - Responsibilities: Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals; Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed; Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements; Communicate clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to Health Care Director; Demonstrate ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
