Work Experience:
Evaluate patients and create treatment plans
– Assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional status, then develop individualized rehab plans based on patient needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions
– Deliver hands-on therapy such as exercises, mobility training, and functional activities to improve independence and recovery.
Monitor progress and modify care
– Reassess patients regularly and adjust treatment plans according to improvement and medical condition.
Educate patients and coordinate care License: Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of CA .
Certifications: BLS/CPR Certification.
