Duties:
- Process billing and vouchering documents in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately enter data into the accounting system
- Ensure that all documents are properly coded and classified
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and vouchering documents
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Perform data entry duties as required
Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
- A Degree in Accounting is preferred, however, this can be supplemented with relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Prior experience in data entry or accounting is required
- Deltek experience is a plus
