Sales-driven recruiting role focused on growing client relationships and delivering technology talent solutions across permanent and contract staffing engagements.
Responsibilities Develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting
Build and manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles
Partner with CIOs, IT Directors, and technical hiring managers
Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions
Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery
Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth
