* Five (5)+ Years of working in a Machine/Fab Shop* Five (5)+ Years of experience in Aerospace (or related/transferrable field)* Must be able to write code for CNC programming (create and correct DXF and GNH files) from drawings.* Knowledge of blueprint drawing tolerance.* Basic computer skills.* Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written work.* Effective interfacing with Engineers and Quality.* Use of hand deburr tools.* Aviation sheet metal work experience.* Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):* Effective verbal and written communication* Technical Systems Proficiency:* Intermediate computer skills including use of Autocad, EnRoute, Gravostyle, word, excel.
