We are expanding our presence in Austin and looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support local growth through outreach, events, and hands‑on execution.
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Austin, with in‑person activities in North Austin (near The Domain area).
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients and contacts in Austin
Plan, coordinate, and execute small private events (dinners, meetups, networking)
Manage personalized outreach and invitations (1:1 messaging, follow‑ups)
Build and maintain relationships with local founders, operators, and decision‑makers
Assist in email outreach and follow‑ups to support event invitations and lead generation
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Maintain and update CRM and contact lists
Support day‑to‑day business operations
Requirements
Based in Austin, TX
Comfortable commuting to North Austin (near The Domain area) for in‑person activities
Strong communication skills in English
0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, events, or related areas (internships or project experience are welcome)
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable interacting with people and building relationships
Execution‑oriented mindset (getting things done > planning)
Interest in startups, business, and networking
