As we continue expanding nationwide, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow new client partnerships and expand existing accounts.

Engineering & technical staffing

Manufacturing & industrial roles

Professional services & corporate roles

This is a Hybrid position within the United States , reporting directly to the CEO, with significant growth potential as we scale our U.S. presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across healthcare, engineering, and professional sectors

Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams

Present Firman Solutions’ staffing capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients

Negotiate service agreements, rates, and partnership terms

Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery

Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting

Represent Firman Solutions professionally in client meetings and industry interactions

Target Clients

Hospitals and healthcare systems

Manufacturing companies

Technology companies

MSP and VMS programs

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in staffing agency business development OR recruitment sales

Proven track record of generating new client relationships

Experience selling into healthcare, engineering, IT, or professional staffing markets preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach campaigns

Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year

On Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $160,000+

Commission Plan

3% – 5% commission on contract staffing gross margin
