As a Business Development Specialist focused on Title Insurance, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the title insurance industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the title insurance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other commercial and residential industry partners.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our title insurance services.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and industry partners.
Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant business tools.
