Warehouse Scheduling And Order Fulfillment
The purpose of this position is to aid in the scheduling and passing of manifests and orders to the warehouse, order fulfillment, and kitting and assembly floor. This position will schedule warehouse waves from our current system as well as the Kitting and Assembly Floor. This position will also work with the operational departments to adjust schedules for cycle counts in the forward staged areas.
Shift: 9:00AM-5:30PM
Key Responsibilities
Review and schedule for 3PL area.
Review and schedule rush orders for the 3PL area, schedule the warehouse manifests and define the delivery locations of these manifests, using the current system
Archive all filed manifests and Master Picks by date.
Attend pre planning meetings to discuss ways to run new projects and schedule them.
Identify status and make scheduling decisions using reports.
Interacts with the production supervisors and leads to acquire daily and real time statuses to aid in making scheduling decisions for 3PL order fulfillment.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education/Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Business Experience: 2 years in manufacturing and production or past scheduling experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Standard computer skills including the use of a mouse and typing skills. Knowledge of basic e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet applications. Basic writing and communication skills for interacting with company personnel.
The expected base pay range for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers a comprehensive benefits package.
