Fulfillment Manager - Bilingual

ABOUT THE JOB
The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations in our Dallas‑area fulfillment center, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role owns team performance, process discipline, and continuous improvement across inventory, kitting, and outbound fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on warehouse leadership with strong data skills and an obsession with service and quality for our clients’ brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of supervisors and associates across picking, packing, shipping, kitting, and value‑added services to meet daily service level and productivity targets.

Plan and allocate labor by shift based on order volume, staffing levels, and client priorities, while managing overtime and overall labor efficiency.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, root‑cause analysis of discrepancies, and tight adherence to WMS processes and bin/location control.

Own operational KPIs (on‑time ship, order accuracy, productivity, damages, and safety metrics), and use data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all fulfillment processes, including kitting, repacks, and co‑pack projects.

Partner with Program Management and Client Services to launch new programs, support promotions/seasonal peaks, and communicate operational status to customers.

Champion safety by enforcing OSHA and company standards, leading regular safety audits and training, and driving a culture of safe work practices.

Coordinate with inbound, inventory control, and transportation partners to ensure smooth flow from receiving through shipment.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (layout optimization, process changes, technology use) to increase throughput, reduce errors, and control cost.

Recruit, train, coach, and performance‑manage team members, building a high‑engagement culture aligned with Productiv’s values.

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5+ years of experience in a high‑volume warehouse, 3PL, or e‑commerce fulfillment environment, including at least 2 years in a people‑leadership role (supervisor, manager, or above).

Proven experience managing operations through a Warehouse Management System (WMS), including reporting, work assignment, and inventory control.

Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes (picking, packing, shipping, kitting, co‑pack, returns) and related performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to use data (Excel and/or BI tools) to analyze trends, solve problems, and drive process improvements.

Track record of building and leading teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting, with experience in coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with client‑facing teams, engineering, and leadership.

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Willingness to work on‑site in the DFW area, with flexibility across shifts and occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods.

PAY

Starting at $60,000-$72,000 depending on demonstrated experience
