Warehouse / Inventory Technician
Onin Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Inventory Technician to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth production and accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor inventory levels
Receive, review, and fulfill customer pick lists
Store inventory in proper warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Prepare and package materials for shipment
Deliver finished goods to appropriate departments
Collaborate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure product availability
Report low inventory levels and assist with replenishment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Forklift experience preferred
Experience in warehouse or inventory operations preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Effective organizational skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Comfortable using scanners, handheld devices, and digital scales
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment:
This position operates primarily in a warehouse and lab setting with occasional outdoor exposure. Duties include standing, walking, loading, unloading, and packaging materials in a standard warehouse environment.
Schedule:
Full-time position. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
