Floor Manager
Pappe is looking for a floor manager to join the team! As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Pappe you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. You will lead our front-of-house team, oversee the dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Make weekly schedules for employees and communicate that with all employees
Facilitate team-building activities
Delegate to staff but facilitate and cultivate an inclusive and respectful work environment for staff and guests
Communicate with culinary team and other heads of departments when necessary
Ensure the productivity of team members in both back and front of house
Greet and accommodate guests requests
Ensure service standards are top-notch
Find room for improvement in all aspects, especially service and customer satisfaction
Monitor and adhere to safety and hygiene standards and procedures
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $29.00)
