Host/Hostess Position
This position is responsible for welcoming and seating guests in the restaurant, managing reservations and waitlists, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure. The Host/Hostess plays a key role in setting the tone for hospitality and service.

Primary Job Functions
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Communicate wait times and accommodate special seating requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Understand and anticipate the needs of our members and guests
- Operate cash register, process payments through cash or credit card handling and/or member account charges
- Restaurant opening and/or closing duties, as required
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to State and Local food safety standards
- Understand and anticipate the needs of our members and guests; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training
- Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
