We're The Estate Lawyers—litigators who protect trustees from getting sued and beneficiaries from getting screwed. We're growing fast and need a Business Development Manager to build and run a best-in-class professional referral ecosystem across California.
This is a relationship-first, execution-driven role working with attorneys, professional fiduciaries, CPAs, and financial advisors who trust us with their most complex contested matters.

What You'll Do Build and execute a structured B2B referral strategy
Own referral partner relationships with a white-glove approach
Plan and host CLEs, roundtables, and events with measurable outcomes
Track pipeline, activity, referrals, and ROI with discipline
Gently herd 12+ attorneys to maximize their circles of influence
Create systems, SOPs, and dashboards that make everyone's job easier

Qualifications 5+ years in business development within professional services
Proven success building B2B referral relationships
Experience managing long-cycle, relationship-driven pipelines
Comfort working with senior professionals (attorneys, partners, executives)
Strong communication, organization, and reporting discipline
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
Full-time | Exempt | Hybrid
