Controls Design Engineer – Denver, CO – $70,000–$110,000 + Bonus + Remote Flex About the Opportunity: Dynamic Controls Inc., a growing systems integration and energy solutions provider, is seeking a talented Controls Design Engineer to support BAS projects throughout the Denver metro area. With more than 30 years of industry experience and multiple offices nationwide, this firm offers long-term stability, career advancement, and flexible work options. The role includes 1–2 remote days per week and is ideal for junior to mid-level engineers (Schneider Rep candidates are not eligible).
Position Details: Title: Controls Design Engineer
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 1–2 remote days weekly)
Status: Full-Time
Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Controls Design Engineer or similar engineering role
Solid understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Experience using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio
Strong ability to develop Sequences of Operation and system layout documents
Comfortable conducting on-site walkthroughs and coordinating with field personnel
Capable of preparing detailed automation submittals and design documentation
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop BAS system schematics, sequences, and control layouts
Produce control drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or MS Visio
Work with engineering teams and project managers to deliver complete design packages
Perform site visits for evaluation, verification, and design coordination
Assist senior engineers with integration tasks and ongoing project requirements
