We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Riviera Beach office. You will represent Smart Structures Group with professionalism, ensuring visitors, clients, and staff are welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and uphold building security and access protocols
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist management and project teams with administrative tasks and document handling
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
Support onboarding logistics for new employees and visitors
Handle urgent or security-related situations per company protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/calendar tools
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong multitasking ability in a professional office environment
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
Familiarity with construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus
