Commonwealth Staffing is assisting our sister company Commonwealth Payroll in their search for an Implementation Specialist. Job Duties-

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Setup of new clients in payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems;

Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live;

Communicate timelines and expectation with client and internal sales and payroll operations teams;

Train new clients on how to use our software and best practices

Communicate with clients over the phone and via email to answer questions related to use of our web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems;

Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree

2-3+ years of knowledge and experience with payroll implementations or an accounting background.

Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines,

High level of detail-orientation, time management, and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication skills.
