We are currently We are looking for an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to support a premier Columbia-based law firm in handling insurance defense cases. What You’ll Do:
Drafting complex pleadings, motions, and subpoenas while maintaining organized case files.
Drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit.
Orchestrating exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks to ensure seamless courtroom performance.
Acting as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and carriers to keep litigation moving forward.
What You Bring:
2+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on defense.
Comfortable with state and federal e-filing.
Familiarity with case management software (Clio, Time Matters, etc.) is a plus.
A strong understanding of how to bill hours and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
