Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team Overview
The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team is a skilled, customer‑obsessed business partner that hires across multiple locations for entry‑level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people to help build the future Amazon talent pipeline.

The WFS Team seeks an ambitious and enthusiastic leader that can inspire others to reach the highest level of service in every candidate interaction. The Staffing Manager owns candidate generation, candidate experience, and operational excellence for a defined geography (node) and ensures delivery of business goals by creating a collaborative team environment with a strong candidate‑oriented culture.

Staffing Managers direct a high‑performing team of Staffing Coordinators, Administrators, and seasonal/flexible associates who thrive in an innovative, fast‑paced environment. These teams work onsite with varying schedules and require travel to multiple sites according to business needs.

Key Job Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals

Lead and develop a team of associates, including regular performance evaluations and coaching for performance improvement

Assist with interviewing and onboarding new associates

Coordinate team schedule and assign duties based on business needs

Understand new hire workflow and technical systems and make recommendations to drive improvement

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build successful long‑term partnerships

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators and provide meaningful solutions

Lead and drive change initiatives and projects, of increasing scale and complexity, through to completion

Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of HR experience

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel) at an advanced level

2+ years of leading a team with experience in hiring and developing talent experience

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience in a corporate environment

4+ years of using case‑management system, reviewing cases, determining appropriate processes and policies that apply to a specific situation, and resolving a case or establishing/executing a case‑management plan

Experience developing and implementing standards, policies and programs or equivalent

Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience with end‑to‑end project management

Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for supplemental life plans, EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
