What You’ll Do
Lead day‑to‑day catering operations, ensuring flawless planning, execution, and premium service delivery for corporate events
Partner with clients and internal teams to design innovative, customized event experiences that reflect brand standards
Oversee event logistics, staffing, production timelines, and service standards to ensure consistency and operational excellence
Manage financial performance through accurate forecasting, cost control, and revenue‑enhancing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and contractual requirements across all catering activities
Coach, mentor, and develop catering supervisors and frontline teams to strengthen capability, engagement, and service culture

Extensive experience leading high‑volume, premium corporate catering or hospitality operations
Proven ability to deliver exceptional event experiences with strong attention to detail and service excellence
Strong client‑relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Demonstrated success developing, motivating, and inspiring high‑performing teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into innovative catering solutions
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational problem‑solving
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
