About the Role
The HR Coordinator provides essential operational support to the entire U.S. HR team, ensuring positive outcomes for business leaders, managers, and employees. The role improves service delivery, drives impeccable compliance, and keeps the broader HR team functioning efficiently. It offers an opportunity to learn the foundations of a strong HR function.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support day‑to‑day HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and document management.

Assist with compliance tasks such as I‑9 verification, EEO reporting, and other audit requests.

Prepare HR documents including offer letters, new hire packets, severance agreements, and job descriptions.

Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics, including offer letter extension and pre-employment screening management.

Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries, escalating issues appropriately.

Support HR team with employee engagement activities, events, and communications.

Enter and audit data in HR systems to ensure accuracy across payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms.

Run routine HR reports and assist with consolidating data for dashboards, metrics, or audits.

Help document and streamline HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and HR leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree.

0-3 years of experience in an HR or HR administrative role.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and foundational concepts, including employment law.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Proficiency with an HRIS or ATS (Workday, Oracle, SAP, BambooHR, etc.).

Comfort learning new HR systems/tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or part‑time experience in HR, admin, or office support.

Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year college.

Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.

Competencies

Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and a strong desire to learn.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
