Trademark Prosecution Paralegal . This is a diverse position, and you'll be able to take the TM from
start to finish.
The work is
primarily domestic prosecution;
you’ll also have a chance to work with f oreign prosecution and even some patent.
Ideal candidate will have experience with applications, renewals, extensions, affidavits of use, as well as docketing, efiling to USPTO, and searches.
Patent and foreign TM prosecution are a plus.
