Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and case‑related documentation with minimal oversight
Oversee case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and organization at every stage
Conduct in‑depth legal research and synthesize findings for attorney review
Proactively manage deadlines, filings, and case calendars across multiple attorneys
Support trial preparation, hearings, and overall case strategy
Serve as a reliable point of coordination across attorneys and support staff
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate required
8–10 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a litigation‑focused environment
Demonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous roles
Experience with commercial litigation, construction, real estate, or legal malpractice strongly preferred
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
