Overview
Elite Litigation Team seeking a Senior Trial Paralegal. This Jobot Job is hosted by: Eric Hills. Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Support complex, high-stakes trial matters with a heavy emphasis on trial preparation and in-court support
Manage trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials
Coordinate expert discovery including reports, exhibits, and deposition logistics
Handle document-intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions
Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts
Support depositions, hearings, and trials including on-site trial support when required
Work closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines, filings, and trial logistics are executed seamlessly
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Demonstrated trial experience is required
Strong command of litigation technology and case management tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
Comfortable working directly with partners in a lean, high-performance environment
True trial-driven work (not document-only litigation)
High exposure to sophisticated, nationally significant matters
Respected trial lawyers who heavily rely on their paralegals
