Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Malpractice / Insurance Defense Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal looking to grow within a collaborative legal team while maintaining some flexibility.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys in medical malpractice and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Coordinate and track medical records, authorizations, and expert files
Assist with deposition and trial preparation
Maintain case calendars and filing deadlines
E-file documents in Florida state courts and manage case files
Qualifications
2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on medical malpractice and/or insurance defense
Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
