The Design, Development and Delivery (D3) team provides shared development services including Creative Design, Video Production, Interactive Media Development and Localization. We enable the global AWS Field to drive best‑in‑class experiences for AWS customers through their cloud journey. We design, develop and deliver bar‑raising training enablement, and measure the business impact of our work.

A day in the life
D3 is a creative production team comprising of skilled professionals & strategic partners who are able to guide each project from strategy to concept and delivery through to Localization. Functioning as one team, we avoid silos and nurture accountability by bringing together people, data and ideas to build solutions. We value each other's growth, creativity and unique skillsets as a cohort of trusted collaborators. We support multiple layers of customers and are dedicated to providing a solution‑oriented approach. We are experts in our field and prioritize customer needs and their goals. D3 balances innovation with time‑to‑deliver by prioritizing long‑term impacts through the application of AI‑driven speed and thoughtfulness.
About The Team
We support, scale and deliver key initiatives to the AWS Sales Field. We strive to develop consumable content that allows our field teams to speak to customers about their business problems and solve them using AWS.
Basic Qualifications
Have coding samples in front end programming languages
2+ years of front‑end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end users
Experience designing and building enterprise tools
Knowledge of general AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, Responsive/Adaptive Design
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and source control (Git)
