As Localization Program Manager for the Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) Organization, you will manage complex localization processes and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver localized eLearning, video, and other multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple end‑to‑end localization productions in various stages (scope, planning, execution).
Drive simultaneous shipping ("sim‑ship") for global and regional programs.
Support implementation of new workflows when enablement or training is developed for new modalities or learning management systems (LMS).
Identify and evaluate opportunities to innovate localization workflows through technology adoption and process improvements.
Assess and pilot new localization tools, including AI‑powered solutions, to improve translation quality and reduce time‑to‑launch.
Analyze workflow performance data and provide recommendations for tool adoption and optimization.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines, or completing complex tasks quickly with little guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with eLearning content authoring (Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise) and video editing tools.
Experience evaluating or implementing AI‑powered localization solutions, machine translation technologies, or workflow automation tools.
