Key Responsibilities
Support high‑volume recruiting efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, resume review, and initial outreach
Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics by scheduling with hiring managers and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating start dates, and ensuring pre‑employment requirements such as drug screens are completed
Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS
