
Senior Execuitve Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with deep expertise in the automotive industry and a strong track record in executive hiring. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership positions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end executive search mandates
for leadership roles (Director, VP, CXO levels) within the automotive domain
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business strategy, workforce planning, and leadership hiring needs
Develop and execute
targeted talent mapping and market intelligence strategies
across OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and mobility companies
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of
passive leadership candidates
through networking and industry engagement
Drive candidate assessment, interview design, and offer negotiation for senior hires
Ensure a high-touch, professional
candidate and stakeholder experience
throughout the hiring lifecycle
Collaborate with external search firms where required and manage vendor relationships
Track and report key recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trends
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all executive hiring processes
Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in recruitment, with a
significant focus on automotive industry hiring
Proven experience handling
executive search / leadership hiring mandates
Strong understanding of automotive value chain (OEMs, suppliers, EV, mobility, manufacturing, R&D)
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence
senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Expertise in talent mapping, headhunting, and market research
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in either
in-house leadership hiring or executive search firms
High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for
EV, autonomous, or next-gen mobility sectors
Exposure to global hiring or multi-region leadership searches
