
(Temp) HR Coordinator

Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator is the backbone of the Talent team. You will be the first point of contact for employees, responsible for all facets of the onboarding process for new hires, general daily questions from employees and managers, maintaining data and systems, and supporting all other Talent programs and policies. You will report to the Associate Director, Talent for the Midwest region.
Responsibilities
Be a resource for general employee questions regarding company benefits and procedures
Primary escalation point for payroll and benefits issues from or to centralized support functions from employees
Responsible for new hire set up and onboarding, including new hire orientation and partnering with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure onboarding for all new team members nationally
Administrator for employee systems, granting and terminating access and updating information
Prepare payroll paperwork twice per month according to payroll deadlines for new hires, compensation changes, and terminations
Pull data and create ad hoc reports from a variety of systems
Conduct regular audits for data integrity and accuracy, and resolve issues
Coordinate logistics and communications of HR programs and information sessions
Take on projects relating to the achievement of Talent and company goals
Qualifications

Composure – Discerns important tasks and moves forward deliberately

1–3 years in a Human Resources role or with transferrable skills
Proficient with Excel, capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Knowledge of payroll and benefit practices

Compensation
Compensation Range:
$40,280 – $53,445 annually. The Company may adjust the range based on applicable law, skills, qualifications, and experience. Temporary roles may qualify for specific benefits after meeting eligibility criteria.
