is seeking a Recruiter III to support a large global cloud technology organization through a high-impact consulting engagement focused on technical recruiting and sourcing for software engineering talent.
This is an onsite role based in San Diego, CA. Candidates must be local or open to working onsite five days per week.
This role sits within a highly technical AWS recruiting organization supporting cloud storage and analytics teams. It is heavily focused on sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting for Software Development Engineers (SDE II and SDE III) in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Annual Base Salary:
$96,768k + full benefits
Key Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily Software Development Engineers
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for engineering roles
Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs
Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Schedule interviews, send assessments, and coordinate hiring logistics
Utilize applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and recruiting processes
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience
Recent experience recruiting for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within large-scale or enterprise environments
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
Experience developing recruiting strategies and talent pipelines
Ability to proactively network and build relationships
