
HRIS Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position focuses on core HR functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The HRIS Analyst will troubleshoot system issues, develop and interpret reports, test and validate system updates, and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance. In addition, this role provides exceptional end‑user support and partners closely with stakeholders to improve processes and elevate the overall system experience.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or related field or, in lieu of education, a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Previous HRIS system experience preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
