
Data Analyst HR Analytics

JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Data Analyst (HR Analytics) focused on human capital solutions for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role will deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data‑driven decision‑making using advanced analytics and business intelligence, support regulatory compliance, facilitate integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools, and optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
Perform HR analytics, build reports and dashboards, and provide data, insights, and compliance evidence to support NSF decision‑making.
QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years of analytics experience.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Data, HR, or a related field.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong SQL skills.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with human capital management systems and workforce planning tools.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Attention to detail.
