We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Farncombe Estate!
Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, Dormy House Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel known for its laid‑back luxury and exceptional food. From our 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Back Garden to our 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Guide‑listed chef’s table MO, this is a kitchen where passion, creativity and quality come together.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a key leadership role, supporting the Head Chef, developing a talented brigade, and helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
About you
Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a high‑quality kitchen
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
A confident, hands‑on leader who supports and develops others
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A positive, team‑focused approach
The details
£44,604 total package per year (including service charge)
48 hours per week, 5 days including weekends
