A well‑established law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join its California team. This is an open position for both experienced attorneys and
newly admitted California attorneys . The role offers opportunities for mentorship and growth and can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
Candidates should have strong writing and analytical skills and an interest in insurance defense litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Exposure to construction defect, general liability, commercial, or professional liability matters is a plus.
Requirements
Active California Bar license, in good standing
Strong legal writing and case management skills
Insurance defense experience preferred (new attorneys encouraged to apply)
Details
Remote or hybrid; must reside in California
Salary: $110,000‑$145,000 DOE
