Position Summary
The HR Generalist will support day‑to‑day human resources operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy support. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and support
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits and assist with annual enrollment
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview coordination
Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
Assist with performance management processes and employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support HR initiatives, trainings, and organizational projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
