We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in high-level legal work in Family Law and Probate matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Family Law, Divorce, Child Support, Alimony, Custody, Probate Litigation, Estates, Guardianship, Discovery, Trial, Subpoenas, and Pleadings. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong passion for the legal industry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of Family Law and Probate matters, including Divorce, Child Support, Alimony, Custody, Estates, and Guardianship.
Conduct thorough and detailed discovery, and prepare subpoenas and pleadings.
Manage and organize complex case files to ensure information is easily accessible.
Draft legal documents, including motions, agreements, and legal correspondences.
Attend trials and assist attorneys with trial preparation and in-court proceedings.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other members of the legal team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and changes in law that may affect clients.
Perform legal research and provide attorneys with pertinent information.
Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Family Law or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field is preferred.
Paralegal certification is a plus.
Extensive experience with Domestic Relations, Divorce, Child Support, Alimony, Custody, and Probate Litigation.
Proven ability to handle complex legal documents and large case loads.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research skills and familiarity with legal databases and research tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
