Position Overview
This position provides high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys within a corporate and transactional practice. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is comfortable managing complex documentation and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including agreements, disclosures, and related materials

Support regulatory filings, compliance activities, and required submissions

Assist with periodic business entity filings and corporate maintenance tasks

Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, deadlines, and appointments

Coordinate client communications and maintain strong professional relationships

Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files in accordance with established procedures

Conduct basic legal research and compile supporting documentation as needed

Track and manage timelines across multiple projects and matters

Assist with time entry, billing, and invoicing tasks as directed

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within a corporate or transactional practice

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, document preparation, and workflow processes

Experience supporting compliance or regulatory matters is preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with document management systems is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details:

$65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
