Superintendent – Construction (Data Center / Mission Critical)

We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
with a strong background in
data center and mission critical construction
to lead field operations on complex, fast‑paced projects in the Phoenix market. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive schedule, quality, and safety across highly technical builds.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met
Lead coordination of trades with a strong focus on MEP systems and sequencing
Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specs
Enforce strict safety standards and lead site safety meetings
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Partner closely with Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain budget alignment
Maintain detailed daily reports, logs, and site documentation
Qualifications
3–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
Proven experience with
data center or mission critical projects
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, sequencing, and coordination
Experience managing ground‑up, large‑scale, or technically complex builds
Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum
