Dispatcher/Shop Coordinator
Katsam LLC, Trenton, NJ, United States
Run the operation. Don’t just fill the board.
We’re looking for someone who can
own the day —not just react to it.
This role sits at the center of our operation, coordinating field teams, managing inbound service requests, and keeping our fleet moving. If you’re someone who can
make decisions in real time, solve problems under pressure, and keep things running when plans fall apart , this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Own daily dispatching and scheduling for field crews
Manage inbound service requests and prioritize work in real time
Adjust routes and plans on the fly to meet service commitments
Act as the point of contact for customer issues and service recovery
Coordinate with the shop to keep trucks and equipment in service
Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve how work gets done
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in dispatch, operations, or service coordination
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (HVAC, logistics, field services, facilities, etc.)
Someone who makes decisions—not waits for direction
Strong communicator who can handle both customers and field teams
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable using dispatching, routing, or fleet systems
What Sets You Apart
You’ve handled days where everything went wrong—and figured it out
You take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
You think in terms of efficiency, time, and outcomes—not just tasks
You’re calm under pressure and don’t get overwhelmed by volume
What You’ll Get
Competitive base salary + performance bonus
High-impact role with visibility into operations and leadership
Opportunity to grow into broader operations or leadership roles
A team that values accountability, reliability, and getting the job done right
Our DNA
We hire people who are:
Team First
Accountable
Dependable
Positive and solutions-oriented
